This policy explains how Opinion Company (“Opinion”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use opinion.sa, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
- Contact form: name, mobile number, email, and your message.
- Careers form: name, mobile number, email, nationality, city, position applied for, years of experience, expected salary, and your CV.
- Website chat: the messages you send and anything you share in them.
- Usage data: cookies needed to run the site, remember your language, and power the chat window.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and feedback.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To run, improve and secure the website.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who run the site for us, such as our hosting provider and respond.io for the chat, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request. We keep job applications and CVs for 12 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can access your data and ask for a copy, correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email cs@opinion.sa.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, and only the staff who need it can see it.
